What To Expect With Your New 24 Hour Floor Installation


Thank you for choosing 24 Hour Floor! We’ve assembled a list of items to help make the installation process of your new floor run as smoothly as possible. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us if you have any questions at 866-791-1130.


WHAT TO EXPECT...


  • Acceptance of Proposal, Terms and Conditions, along with your deposit payment.
  • Your project is put in a queue for scheduling. Your estimator should give you an approximate time frame of when your project can be completed.
  • Our scheduling coordinator will reach out to you by the next business day to schedule the expected start date of your project.
  • On the business day before your expected start date, our scheduling coordinator will contact you to confirm your start date and time.


  • Plan to prepare your project space in accordance with the customer responsibilities located in the terms and conditions to avoid for us having to reschedule your project.
  • Arrange to be present on the day of your scheduled project and be able to review your project, as well as confirm the completion of your project.
  • Our installers will be arriving at your home between 8am to 9am. However, If the installers do not arrive as stated and you have not heard from anyone, please reach out to our office (866)-791-1130.
  • Payment is expected upon completion and should be given to your installer.
  • The Installer will give you your signed warranty. Please keep your warranty in a safe place.
  • Adherence to our suggested care and maintenance instructions is vital and important for the integrity of your floor.


Client Responsibilities

This is a brief description of your responsibilities to prepare for your project. A full explanation of these client responsibilities
is located in your signed acceptance.

  • Confirm with any relevant governing bodies, i.e. Homeowner associations, etc, that we are allowed to start working on your project.
  • If you are in a gated community, please inform the guards at the gatehouse to put 24 Hour Floor on the approved list.
  • The area floors for your installation must be empty of all items and clean of any debris before our crew arrives and must remain free from foot traffic at all times. 
  • 24 Hour Floor requires sole access to the work area and no other laborers should be allowed into 24 Hour Floor’s Designated work area.
  • Access for 24 Hour Floor’s truck and trailer to adequately unload heavy machinery and materials as close as possible to the project area.
  • A clear pathway of access to the project area with the ability to place down proper footing.
  • Reasonable access to water, power sources, sufficient ventilation, temporary debris stored, and adequate lighting
  • If you do not adhere to the client responsibilities, you may be subject to a remobilization charge of $250.
